Parallax LightBox
Parallax LightBox is an internal venture concept for powered miniature worlds designed for fictional universes. The product turns memorable places from games, films, books, and other story worlds into buildable, illuminated display objects. Grandiose Studio shaped the product narrative, format system, partner-facing launch site, concept sprint structure, and prototype-ready validation path.

What made this hard.
The idea needed to move beyond a broad 'book nook' concept and become a commercially legible product format. It had to communicate what the object is, who it is for, how partners could use it, and how the concept could move toward prototyping without implying full production readiness.
How the studio worked it.
We developed the Parallax LightBox positioning around powered miniature worlds, partner-ready editions, collector's edition formats, and a repeatable LightBox system. The site frames the product around fictional places rather than characters, then translates that narrative into formats, use cases, concept sprint deliverables, and partner inquiry language.
Iteration applied
The concept was sharpened from a broad book-nook idea into a partner-ready product system centered on powered miniature worlds, fictional places, and collector's edition formats.
